I am trying to register for The Convention; however, I cannot remember my AVB ID. How can I find this?

Please email eventsupport@avb.net with your Company Name and a member of our team will respond with your Company’s AVB ID.

If you are a new BrandSource member, your AVB ID may not be entered into our system yet. Please send us an email so we can assist you further.

If you are not a BrandSource member and the registration is asking you for an AVB ID, please select the appropriate Registration Type and begin your registration again.

I have already registered for The Convention, but I would like to adjust my current room reservation or add an additional guest room. How may I modify my reservation?

Should I attend the educational and product training sessions that are listed in the program?

While education and training sessions are optional, they offer many advantages. Attendees have the opportunity to network with their peers, interact with suppliers, and learn about valuable resources and services to enhance their business.

If I am planning to check out on Wednesday morning but am staying at the Convention past my check out time, what do I do with my luggage?

Luggage Storage will be available for all Convention attendees. All details will be included in the agenda as the show approaches, click here to view the latest agenda.

How can I see which companies will be exhibiting at The Convention?

The official list of exhibiting companies will be in our Expo Map. You can grab a copy at the event Registration Desk.

What is the Stampede?

The Stampede is a high velocity buying event that allows members to get deeply discounted, exclusive deals from our Vendor Partners. With limited quantity end-of-life products, closeouts, and other offers, dealers can expect to save anywhere from 20% – 60% off normal invoice cost. The Stampede alone is enough reason to attend The Convention!

What is Fast Cash and How Do I Earn It?

Most major vendor programs include a Fast Cash component that allows dealers to accrue money on certain models that they order during The Convention. This money can be picked up from the Fast Cash booth anytime during the Expo but is only available to Show attendees. Fast Cash is an amazing benefit and can provide dealers with a huge incentive for attending the BrandSource events.
