Is The Summit at Harrah’s or at Caesar’s Forum?
The answer is both! Your hotel room will be at Harrah’s while the Summit Sessions and Expo will be held at Caesar’s Forum. Don’t worry, it‘s only a 5 minute walk!
Is Caesar’s Forum the same as Caesar’s Palace?
Make no mistake, we love Caesar’s Palace, but that is not where The Summit is hosted. Caesar’s Forum is located at 3911 Koval Ln, and is attached to Harrah’s. Keep your eyes open for the incredible High Roller Ferris Wheel!
I am trying to register for The Summit, however I cannot remember my AVB ID. How can I find this?

If you are a new BrandSource member, your AVB ID may not be entered into our system yet. Please send us an email so we can assist you further.

How much are additional badges for The Summit?
Additional Member badges are $200 each. Exhibitor Badges are $250 each.
Should I attend the educational and product training sessions that are listed in the program?
While education and training sessions are optional, they offer many advantages. Attendees have the opportunity to network with their peers, interact with suppliers, and learn about valuable resources and services to enhance their business.
If I am planning to check out on Wednesday morning but am staying at Summit past my check-out time, what do I do with my luggage?
Luggage storage is available for hotel guests at Harrah’s Bell Desk.
This is my first BrandSource National Summit. Are there any special events for newcomers?
First and foremost, WELCOME! We will be hosting a special 1st Time Attendee Meet & Greet just for you!
There you will meet organizational leaders, learn about the structure of the organization, review show highlights, and have time to network with others who are new to The Convention and the group. Click here to view the agenda.
How can I see which companies will be exhibiting at Summit?
A list will be emailed out prior to the event and it will also be available onsite printed on the back of the EXPO map.
What is the Stampede?
The Stampede is a high velocity buying event that allows members to get deeply discounted, exclusive deals from our Vendor Partners. With limited quantity end-of-life products, closeouts, and other offers, dealers can expect to save anywhere from 20% – 60% off normal invoice cost. The Stampede alone is enough reason to attend Summit!
What is Fast Cash and How Do I Earn It?
Most major vendor programs include a Fast Cash component that allows dealers to accrue money on certain models that they order during The Summit. This money can be picked up from the Fast Cash booth anytime during the Expo but is only available to show attendees. Fast Cash is an amazing benefit and can provide dealers with a huge incentive for attending the BrandSource events.
